Jay's Unconventional Bake-at-Home Method

I really enjoyed making bread from your herb dough today! I don't know how to make yeast bread so I just mimicked my sourdough method, but with a little more of a carefree timetable, in other words I possibly couldn't recreate this.
  1. Carried it around in my car for an hour+ while I did shopping and errands. Molecular agitation while thawing ...
  2. Put in fridge while I ate lunch and decided whether to bake or freeze.
  3. Added 2/3 cup of our own 'naked pumpkin seeds' and did 10 sourdough folds and left to rise in barely warm oven. Went outside and worked on building raised beds, forgot about the dough ....
  4. Came in at 6:30, knocked it down, shaped it, into the dutch oven and back in the oven, queued up for after Janet's 'special tuna casserole' was cooked.
  5. Finally into the convection oven at 375 for 22min lid on, 22min lid off.
  6. Very pleased with the result.

Back to the lunch, tried your honey oatmeal bread, excellent with butter and cheese!

Thank you both for keeping the little bread shop open!!

Off to find a bread knife to carve the pumpkin .... :-D
