Caramel Sun: this is our newest honey flavour. Caramel coloured, full flavoured with a sweet, floral finish. This is a wildflower honey with the health benefits of eucalyptus! Great in dressings, sauces, tea or eaten directly from the jar!
Coastal Mountain Mist: from bees enjoying a lovely view of China Beach and the Juan de Fuca Strait. Coastal Mountain Mist is pure fireweed honey. The champagne of honeys, fireweed honey has a sweet, delicate and fruity flavour. Fireweed honey is light golden blond in colour and perfect with cheese, fruit, yogurt or on toast. Coastal Mountain Mist will be available beginning September 3.
