Christmas Stollen  
A moist, rich fruit bread with a delicious filling of almond paste.  Organic unbleached white flour, whole milk, unsalted butter, almond paste, free range eggs, dried fruit, fresh citrus zest
Basler Leckerli 
A Swiss honey cookie invented in Switzerland 1431 - unique to the town of Basel.  If you can resist them these will keep all through the holiday season.  Irresistible taste of honey & spices.  Unbleached organic white flour, honey, sugar, spices, ground almonds, candied peel from Spain, lemon zest, Kirsch, baking powder
Wholewheat Gingerbread  
​​A family favourite!  Dark & moist; filled with raisins & candied ginger & topped with candied ginger.  Dressed for giving!  Organic wholewheat flour, Organic unbleached white flour, unsalted butter, black treacle, golden syrup, whole milk, free range eggs, brown sugar, mixed spice, ground ginger, candied ginger, sultanas, baking soda
All Butter Scottish Shortbread Holly Leaves 
Just a few pure ingredients that magically combine to form a crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth indulgence!  Organic unbleached white flour, Semolina flour, Unsalted Butter, Sugar
