Happy New Year!
- - and certainly we're all looking forward to a Healthy and NORMAL year ahead. It will take a little while to reach this happier place and in the meantime Charles will be baking bread warm with comfort, and I look forward to greeting you with a friendly welcome when you visit our little farm. The hens are always pleased to see you too . . .
To help out with New Year health resolutions (and frankly because it tastes wonderful!!) we are happy to be offering a nourishing, nutty-flavoured, wholewheat loaf made with locally grown wheat from Saanichton Farm and stone-ground here at WillowTree. Fresh out of the oven - what could be nicer!
This week, as you see, we are keeping it simple. . . but don't worry Pain au Chocolat and Croissant will be returning next time!

Orders are then picked up from our bakery [10335 Wilson Road, North Saanich] on Saturday between 11am & 1pm Come through our gate and follow the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread to the end of the drive where you will find the barn-shop. See you there - at a safe distance! |
