We sell by pre-order.  We have limits on how much we can bake so that we don't break the baker!!  But we welcome your order & will do our best to accommodate you!
  • Suffolk Granary Bloomer $6.50 [Organic unbleached white flour, malted wheat flakes, water, yeast and sea salt, trace of malt]
  • Honey, Oatmeal, Raisin Loaf $7 [Organic unbleached white flour, oats, honey, unsalted butter, yeast,water, sea salt]
  • Black Olive, Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia Slice $3 approx 4 x 6 inches [Unbleached organic white flour, chopped black olives, our own garlic, fresh rosemary from our garden, extra-virgin olive oil, water, yeast, sea salt]
  • Loaf Selection $10 - $11 [3 small loaves of your choice from those above]
  • Pain au Chocolat $3 [Organic unbleached white flour, butter, our free-range eggs, whole milk, Callebaut chocolate, yeast, sugar, sea salt]

HOW TO ORDER

We use SQUARE so can accept card, cash payments or E-transfer.  Thank you!
If you fancy something from the Bakery or Farm Shop please email us before 6pm Thursday 
Orders are then picked up from our bakery [10335 Wilson Road, North Saanich] on Saturday between 11am & 1pm
Come through our gate and follow the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread to the end of the drive where you will find the barn-shop.
See you there - at a safe distance!

These eco-cloths are their version of a swedish cloth. They are a sustainable alternative to sponges, dish cloths and paper towels. Made from a plant-based, wood cellulose they are soft and absorbent when wet & compostable when old!.
