We are a micro-bakery &, as the term implies, we have a very small capacity & need to limit the number of products offered at each bake!  
So, if you have favourite items we suggest purchasing them when they appear on the menu & stocking-up your Festive Freezer early - all of our products freeze well for at least a month – and some just 'keep' - if you can resist them!

  • Bulk Marzipan $1.50/100g cut to the size you want – approx. half store price
  • Chocolate Dipped Ginger or Citrus Sticks $7/100g [Spanish candied ginger, orange & lemon, Callebaut Chocolate]
  • Rich Chocolate-Almond Christmas Cookies $9/6 [Ground almonds, Callebaut chocolate, sugar, our egg white] NO GLUTEN in recipe, boxed as gift
  • Christmas Stollen $18/750g [Organic unbleached white flour, milk, unsalted butter, Spanish candied peel, German marzipan, our eggs, dried fruit, citrus zest]
  • Basler Leckerli  $10/250g [Organic unbleached white flour, honey, sugar, spices, ground almonds, Spanish candied peel, lemon zest, baking powder]
  • Wholewheat Gingerbread Cake $12/454g cake [Organic unbleached white flour, organic wholewheat flour, unslated butter, black treacle, golden syrup, milk, our eggs, brown sugar, mixed spice, ground ginger, candied ginger, sultanas, baking soda]

 WillowTree Bread is all about bread (mostly!) so if it's cakes, pies or cookies you're after Val is the baker you need!
Each treat is lovingly prepared using organic flour and local ingredients where possible &, of course, all items freeze well!
