FREEZING OVER THE HOLIDAYS!

All our products freeze well - even Pain au Chocolat & Croissant
TO FRESHEN UP FROZEN PAIN AU CHOCOLAT OR CROISSANT
  • Heat oven to 375 F
  • Place frozen pastries on a baking sheet
  • Bake for about 10 mins depending on your oven
  • Remove & leave to rest until they can be handled  the heat to penetrate (about 5 mins)  DELICIOUS!

A Swiss honey cookie invented in Switzerland 1431 - unique to the town of Basel.  If you can resist them these will keep all through the holiday season.  Irresistible taste of honey & spices.  Unbleached organic white flour, honey, sugar, spices, ground almonds, candied peel from Spain, lemon zest, Kirsch, baking powder
