Each bake day we`ll list what`s available as usual and now you`ll know what we are talking about! Most of this baking freezes well and some things just seem to keep – like Leckerli or Stollen (if it`s not eaten straight away that is!!!)

Wholewheat Gingerbread
A family favourite! Wonderful raisin filled, dark and moist gingerbread topped with crystallized ginger. Baked in a Panibois mould. Improves with keeping. Unsalted Butter, Black treacle, Golden syrup, Whole Milk, free range Eggs, Baking Soda, Organic Unbleached White flour,Organic Wholewheat flour, Brown sugar, Mixed spice, Ground ginger, crystallized ginger, sultanas Basler LeckerliThis Swiss honey cookie was invented at the time of the Basel Council in 1431 to sustain church dignitaries. It is unique to the town of Basel. This cookie keeps really well – all through the celebration season!
